Kamen Rider Wizard 32 – Instant 1 Million Yen

We got a badass here!

We meet Kousuke's best friend named Tsuchiya, a man who loves guitars so much that he is willing to try this new "job" wherein he can receive 1 million yen a day! So yeah, this is a filler episode with some minor things they expanded when it comes to the main plot of the series.

This is an obvious filler episode thanks to its comedy. This episode has a lot of comedy scenes that at least every minute has one comedy scene. The only good thing about it is that we saw more Koyomi and hear her speak more, and that is a good thing in my book. Seriously, for most episodes she is that chick inside the antique store. Giving her some screen time just to do comedy at least reminded us viewers that this doll still exists in the TV series.

As for Kousuke's best friend Tsuchiya, he is just that guy who loves collecting guitars that he doesn't care where he lives just as long as he has a guitar. That is why he ends up applying some job that will earn him 1 million yen a day. Much to my surprise, he is easily accepted in the job, but things get a bit fishy when we see Medusa and Gremlin in one part of the building. As it turns out, this is just a plot to lure in potential Gates and just turn them into Phantoms in one instant strike. But I think the biggest surprise with this one is with Gremlin because he is the one who thought all of this!

Speaking of Gremlin, it seems that he is enjoying the new position that he is in. Even if he is kinda annoying from time to time, his scenes with Medusa of just him "bullying" her are just plain fun to watch. Plain fun in a sense that he looks like some kid who is just enjoying the new authority he has right now. Which means, once Medusa comes back in main command later in the series, guess it is expected that she will have her own payback and that alone makes me glad just in case that kind of payback happened in the series.

After our heroes learned about this new Phantom plot, our heroes try their best to catch up with them, only to meet Medusa. It is no surprise that she will tell us the full details of the plot considering how much she hates Gremlin. Remembering what Tsuchiya said about some business trip, our heroes rush in to the scene of the crime to stop the Phantom. Thankfully, the employees including Tsuchiya are not yet put into despair by the Phantom. One thing I can't help but notice is that the Gates in this arc are quirky individuals with weird personalities.

Before talking about the fight, I just love that Kousuke is now using the Mirage Magnum in civilian form. It is kinda cool to see your hero not transformed using his main weapon while he is not transformed. The fight ensues, Wizard goes Infinity, saw him in action, perform the finisher, which kinda looks like some glorious stock footage, and the Phantom is defeated... or so he thought. According to Gremlin, it is time for the Phantom to do his job. By the looks of it, his job has something to do with entering the Gate's body and it seems that there are no effects in their bodies, well for now. At the end, Tsuchiya leaves Tokyo after realizing the importance of hard work when it comes to earning money. After giving Kousuke his pendant, he leaves Tokyo for good... or did he?
