The official Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist YouTube channel posted a video featuring actor Mike Moh (Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight), revealing that he is attached to play Ryu in the upcoming live-action TV and online series adaptation of Capcom's popular fighting game franchise.
In addition, Moh also campaigned the show's Kickstarter campaign, and its aim is to raise the remaining 1/3 of the series' funds.
Written and directed by Joey Ansah (The Bourne Ultimatum), the upcoming series will be set in Japan and will explore the history of Ken and Ryu. Street Fighter: Assassin's Fist is planned for a 2013 release.
