IT CONTINUES.
Enter transforms into a darker and evil version of Red Buster, showing us his progress when it comes to copying Hiromu and human data in general. With that in mind, Enter is getting closer into becoming a perfect human. Can the Go-Busters stop this new Enter?
Go-Busters is getting more and more serious we the series draws closer to its final episode. The evil Red Buster continues Yasuko Kobayashi's love for the anti-Red or other Red character in her shows. As for evil Red Buster himself Enter, aside that he got all of Hiromu's move sets and techniques, the evil Red Buster suit looks really fantastic. As expected, this new Enter defeated the Go-Busters without breaking the sweat!
His duel with Red Buster in this episode is quite brief; it feels like the reason why they fought is to show us the difference between Hiromu and Enter when it comes to suit design, and to some extent, the minor differences in their fight styles. What's interesting about Enter right now is that he has this assumption that the more data he gathered, the stronger he become. Though its effects were shown in battle, Ryuji point out that data is not one of the aspects that makes humans stronger, but the emotions they place in battle. Is it me, or I have this feeling that "emotions" will lead to Enter's downfall?
Enter leaves and EMC are having a hard time tracking down Enter. As for Hiromu and the rest, Ryuji confronts him about facing Enter alone. The scene is quite brief as it made Hiromu realize the importance of his teammates once again. The only thing that interest me in this scene is that Ryuji is willing to kill Hiromu if it is the only option they have just to save everyone. I wonder how this will turn out in the show's finale.
As for Enter, he turned one Enetron tank into one large cocoon and thus, the Go-Busters head out in the scene to investigate it. As for Jin and J, they are on standby as Jin finally figure out how to remove the Messiah Card inside Hiromu. To put it simply, they will use Jin's fragmented data to their advantage. Problem is that it might cause the collapse of Jin's body. To put it simply, there is this high risk involved in doing it. One thing that I like about this scene is Jin's resolve in doing this. He knows the possible consequences but he is willing to gamble after seeing the resolve of the three Go-Busters, the kids that they once saved 13 years ago.
Back to the Go-Busters, they learned that Enter can now absorb humans, and one of its victims are the parents of the kids they saw inside the once Enetron facility. The first thing that I notice is that these kids kinda looked like Hiromu and Yoko when they were kids! I double checked the flashback scene from the 2nd episode and yep, they are the kids alright. Oh Toei and your love for recycling some old cast members to add impact on some scene! They were able to save the kids after fighting some of the foot soldiers.
After this, the Go-Busters learned the plan on how they will defeat Enter once and for all, by bringing the battle in Hyperspace. What's interesting is that Hyperspace has been unstable after the battle with Messiah back in episode 30. In simpler terms, another destruction as great as the one from that time can destroy Hyperspace permanently. Even if that is the case, the Go-Busters once again show their resolve in executing this plan. They are willing to sacrifice their lives for the greater good. Guess this means I will expect one epic final battle in this series then.
The Go-Busters plus Jin and J finally face Enter with his new Megazord that he created thanks to the Enetron tank, which he absorbed earlier. To add up the stakes, it can mass produce itself faster than the previous Megazord models just as long as there is a nearby Enetron tank! The stakes are indeed really high in this episode. The intensity of the final battle is upon us as Enter plans to use the mass produced Megazords in his own advantage to become a perfect being, and to have Earth in his own hands.
The fight with the new Megazord is not as interesting as Enter's plan, but for a robot who prefers shooting over the standard close contact fights, it's kinda impressive in his own right. The mecha design felt like it kinda reflects Enter's overall persona. The current plan right now is to lure this Megazord in an assigned hanger so that they can transport it in Hyperspace and finally end it once and for all. The way they lured Enter and his Megazord is quite intense, even though Enter discovered the plan before they can begin the transports, that didn't stop the Go-Busters to execute the plan.
The best part about it is not the luring part, but the support cast, the members of EMC. We see the resolve of Morishita and Nakamura, that they will not leave the Go-Busters or the Commander hanging and continued their job as part of the crew. This scene reminded me of one thing this series lacks; more focus episodes about these guys. I mean seriously, this is one of the strengths of the show, and they should continue in toughening this aspect a bit more. To make it more intense, the clock is ticking and that EMC is getting trashed by Enter!
Finally, the final seconds of the clock ticks, the atmosphere becomes more intense. The series gets closer to its final moments as the transport to Hyperspace begins. All of the Go-Busters Megazords are transported to Hyperspace just to stop a single Megazord piloted by Enter. To put it simply, Enter is too strong that they needed Li-Oh just to keep him still. The finally arrived in Hyperspace and the ones in EMC are not aware of the status of our heroes. In short, we should all put our faith on our heroes till the very end. Can the Go-Busters defeat Enter and to some extent, defeat Vaglass once and for all?
