When Kamen Rider Fourze was first rumored, it is said that past Kamen Riders will make an appearance and that they will give Fourze Legend Rider Switches, which ended up appearing in the Movie Wars MEGAMAX movie and the Ganbaride arcade game. The first scan features the Legend Rider Modules of the Legendary Seven Riders, as you have noticed, each Rider Switch represents each Rider's specialty. In the Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie Wars MEGAMAX, the Riderman, Rider 1, V3 and Rider 2 Switches were used.
Below are the Legend Rider Modules for Skyrider, Super-1, ZX, BLACK, BLACK RX, Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, Decade, Double and OOO. As you have noticed, each Rider Module incorporates some of the gimmicks of each Rider. An example is the Kabuto Module that incorporates Kabuto's "Cast Off" gimmick.
