The movie introduces Meeko, an idol that Daigo met some time ago in France. The two had good moments together and at the end, thanked him by giving Daigo her necklace. In the present, Meeko is unfortunately the target of Deathryuger aka D! Our 5 heroes are no match for the evil warrior and Meeko is kidnapped in front of Daigo's powerless eyes.
Meeko's voice is so pure she can awake the mysterious Zyudenryu Tobaspino. Deathryuger records her voice into a black Beast Battery and awaken the mighty Zyudenryu. Now with the new Zyudenryu partner, he starts controlling it using his flute and starts destroying the city.
Our heroes intervened with their Zyudenryu partners only to fail at the end because Deathryuger steals Ankydon and Bunpachy! With these two Zyudenryu and Tobaspino, they combined and form the SpinoDai-Oh! The 6 Kyoryugers try to save Meeko again and the big fight starts!
To regain control of Tobaspino, the Kyoryugers and Meeko sing Dino Soul. Torin explained earlier that Meeko's ancestor used to sing this song for Tobaspino, thousand years ago. D decides to reveal his true self. He’s a DeboMonster who transformed into a fake Kyoryuger thanks to the D Beast Battery created by the Deboth Army to lure Tobaspino.
With an extra bit of bravery, Daigo turns one of his Gabutyra Beast Battery into the Gaburu Armed On Beast Battery and defeats D. The final fight continues inside an evil-free Spinodai-Oh. In compensation of the necklace Meeko gave him, Daigo gives her the D Zyudenchi and they leave in good terms.
