In the latest episode of Man at Arms, veteran swordsmith and propsmaster Tony Swatton finally forges the Ichigo Kurosaki's famed sword, the Zangetsu from the Bleach anime/manga series.
This version of Ichigo's Zangetsu is based on the sword's first Shikai form, which was first seen after his intense training with Kisuke Urahara. The said sword later had a 2nd version of its Shikai form later in the series.
