Toei Tokusatsu Shows Coming to the U.S. via Toei Japan Channel!

For fans of Toei's property, especially their tokusatsu and yakusa works, here's some good news if you are living in the U.S. A new pay channel called "Toei Japan Channel" will be available starting this month!

The said TV station will broadcast its programs and movies made by Toei via the Internet (IPTV). Their first target audience are the 400,000 Japanese people living in the U.S., and after one year, Toei plans to add English subtitles in their programs.

Part of their plans is to air Toei tokusatsu properties, namely Kamen Rider and Super Sentai as part of the "Cool Japan" campaign. One of their future plans is to also air series almost as the same time as they air in Japan.
