The replica hats are handmade by Tanaka Hat, a shop that is established since 1880. Each hat is made to order by the shop's artisans. The hat includes a neck cord, so that fans can hang the hat from one's back the same way Luffy does in the anime/manga series.
This replica hat costs 4,980 yen comes in medium and large sizes will be ship in October.
