Eiga began streaming the trailer of the live-action movie adaptation of Yasunobu Yamauchi's Daily Lives of High School Boys (Danshi Kōkōsei no Nichijō). The movie is set to premiere on October 12 and directed by Daigo Matsui (Afro Tanaka).
The movie stars Masaki Suda (Kamen Rider W) as the film's main protagonist Tadakuni. Also staring in the movie are Shuhei Nomura (GTO 2012) as Yoshitake and Ryo Yoshizawa (Kamen Rider Fourze) as Hidenori.
The film will tell a story of a school festival that is being jointly organized by Tadakuni, Yoshitake, and Hidenori's all-boys school and an adjacent all-girls school. An original character named Saino, played by Rui Kurihara (Zekkyō Gakkyū) will appear in the movie.
