This year's San Diego Comic Con displayed the exo-suits for the movie adaptation of Hiroshi Sakurazaka's science fiction light novel series, All You Need is Kill titled "Edge of Tomorrow".
The suits are 100% practical suits with no CGI involved in it. Blunt's suit weighing 85 pounds and Cruise's suit weighing more than that at times. The plot of the movie revolves around a military officer that is killed in action, he gets stuck in a time loop and is forced to relive fatal combat over and over again.
The movie stars Tom Cruise and Emily Blunt and is directed by Doug Liman (Mr. & Mrs. Smith). This movie is scheduled to hit theatres on June 6, 2014.
