To commemorate the 15th anniversary of Pokémon Centers in Japan, people will receive a free Lv. 100 Pokémon if you visit any of the Pokémon Centers!
But here's the catch, you'll only received the special main Pokémon in its evolved form in a specific time period. Here's the schedule of the free Lv. 100 Pokémon release.
The special final Pokémon is still not named as of this writing, but can be acquired by visiting any Pokémon Center. All of the Pokémon will also come with some rare items. Aside from the free Pokémon, the staff will be giving free poster cards that have strategic guides written on the back.
