The JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime and Converse are collaborating to create exclusive JoJo Chuck Taylor All Star shoes. This is the first such collaboration ever between the two parties.
The "ALL STAR HI /JO" shoes feature designs based on the Part I: Phantom Blood manga/anime. The All Star logo is colored blue to resemble the Joestar family bithmark, and the shoes feature stars, hearts, the ancient stone mask and JoJo stencil.
In addition, a leather patch read "Phantom Blood" is also attached in the shoe. The shoes will be available in both men's sizes (25.5-29.0 centimeters or US sizes 6.5-10) and women's sizes (22.0-24.5 centimeters or US sizes 3-5.5).
Select shops in Japan are accepting pre-orders from May 20 to June 20. Customers who pre-ordered the shoes will receive a "stone mask — limited gun-metallic color version" keychain with light-up eyes. Set to be released early December, each pair of shoes costs 10,290 yen (about US$101).
