Tasuku Nagase is likely to be Kousuke Itoh aka Kamen Rider Beast. He is full Japanese but often mistaken as a half-Japanese. His blog mentioned that he had a new acting job.
In addition, most of his photos that he uploaded on his blog have all been black and white while he's wearing a hat or covering his hair in one way or another. Making the spotting of one filming for Kamen Rider Wizard about a blonde actor who looks like he is half-Japanese in the set more legitimate.
