The winner is no other than Kashiwazaki Sena from Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai. She got 421 votes. Another's Izumi Akazawa and Toradora!'s Ami Kawashima are closing in second and third, with 337 and 316 votes respectively. Here's the full list:
