A few weeks ago in this year's San Diego Comic Con, Gamespot had a chance to talk with Nintendo translator Bill Trinen and see new gameplay footage for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds game for the Nintendo 3DS.
Aside from showcasing the game's new features, such as the item gauge, the return of the classic top-down view and classic A Link to the Past dungeons getting new designs, he revealed where does this game take place in the Zelda timeline.
The game will take place 100 years after the end of A Link to the Past, and just like all Zelda games, the game will feature a new Link related to A Link to the Past's Link.
The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds will be released next year.
