Thousands of years ago, a mysterious someone had turned all Ultra Beings, aliens, and monsters into Spark Dolls using a device called Darkness Spark. In the present, a high school student named Hikaru Raidou finds the Ginga Spark, which allows him to help the dolls revert into their true form.
With the Ginga Spark, he can "UltraLive" to merge with the dolls and transform into Ultraman Ginga! Because of his age, he is the youngest Ultra Hero!
