After Akira and Sarah from Virua Fighter joined the gang, details about the upcoming release of Dead or Alive 5 Collector's Edition for the Playstation 3 and the Xbox 360 was finally been revealed!
Dead or Alive 5 Collector's Edition will come with a hardcover art book, poster and soundtrack CD, all packaged in an embossed steel case for $80. Swimsuits for every female character in the game will also be included!
If you are living in North America, pre-ordering the game from GameStop or Amazon will give you a set of in-game bunny girl swimsuit costume for three female characters. Pre-order Dead or Alive 5 Collector's Edition via Amazon
In the U.S., GameStop will have a "DOA Angels" set of white swimsuits for Kasumi, Leifang and Hitomi. Meanwhile, Amazon pre-orders will come with a "DOA Devils" set of black swimsuits for Christie, Tina and Ayane. In Japan, Tecmo Koei are doing things a little bit different.
First-print release of Dead or Alive 5 in Japan will include a bunny swimsuit costume for both Kasumi and Ayane and an anonymous female character, which Japanese fans will get to decide via online voting on the game's official website.
Produced by Team Ninja and KOEI Tecmo, Dead or Alive 5 will be available on both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It will be released in North America on September 25th, and in Europe on September 28th. The Dead or Alive 5 collector’s edition will cost $80.
