Fuji TV announced that the 2012 remake of the Iron Chef TV program that stars Hiroshi Tamaki as the Chairman will end this month. The series began last October 2012.
The reason for its cancellation is because the show struggled to find an audience. Programming director Akihiro Arai stated that even the show ended, there may be Iron Chef specials in the future, including the "Jinsei no Seikai TV ~Kore ga Teppan!~" program in April.
