Publishing company Shueisha had revealed that they have printed over 4.05 million copies of the pirate manga One Piece Volume 67: “Cool Fight”. The print run breaks the previous record made by the 64th volume.
As of the 65th volume, Shueisha has published over 260 million copies of the manga series; One Piece has had the highest number of copies printed of any Shueisha manga series in Japan. Shueisha attributes this to new readers who are buying up the earlier volumes.
One Piece Volume 67: “Cool Fight” Summary:
Over the Transponder Snail, a man asks for help before he is attacked. Reaching the burning island Punk Hazard, Luffy, Zoro, Usopp and Robin go their separate ways to visit the island.
One Piece manga Volume 67 will be released this August 3rd.
