The Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger magazine scans last month didn't reveal the identity of KyoryuSilver and just recently, a rumor has surfaced that reveals who is the man behind the silver mask.
Take these rumors with a grain of salt.
KyoryuSilver is Daigo's dad, Dantetsu Kiryu. The story is that around episode 36, we learned that during Torin's time here on Earth, he fell in love with a human woman. This woman later gave birth to Dantetsu, who will eventually becoming Daigo's father.
To put it simply, Torin is Daigo's grandfather. After Torin is once again under Chaos' control, his son comes to rescue him. It turns out Dantetsu has been working behind the scenes to prepare for saving Torin.
Yayoi has been developing the GigaGaburevolver technology to work with Bragigas's power. With this technology, Torin transforms into a gun and with the power of the #10 Beast Battery, Dantetsu transforms into KyoryuSilver.
