JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Game Localization, 2012 Anime Coming to the West

Siliconera recently learned some new info about the localization process for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle. As we all know, the original source material is a challenge to localize due to the amount of music and fashion references.

To prevent any copyright problems while retaining series creator Hirohiko Araki's intentions for the characters, Namco Bandai is working with Shueisha for the localized names. In addition, the localized names will be matched to the U.S. and European versions of the 2012 anime to ensure consistency.

Lastly, the Japanese sound effects that JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is known for will be present in the English localized version as well as the Japanese voice acting.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle for the PS3 will be available in North America, Europe, and Australasia in 2014.
