Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: LIVE&SHOW 2013 Event Report by Aonami

Aonami from tumblr blogged her experience watching this year's Super Hero Kamen Rider x Super Sentai: LIVE & SHOW 2013 event held at the Tokyo International Forum. Here's a rundown on what transpired during the event.

Super Sentai Cast Talk

• Yuki Yamada (Joe Gibken/GokaiBlue) and Kazuki Shimizu (Don Dogoier/GokaiGreen) were guest stars in the cast talk.
• Ryuji is completely off character as he and Joe act like rock stars. The rest of the cast are worried about their sanity.
• Jin was asked by the MC about what he thinks about the current cast, he strikes a Kamen Rider Wizard transformation and replied, "Yeah I did have some Magic Show Time before, didn't I?" As for everybody else they replied, "Yellow Thunder!"
• Doc introduced the new movie that Ryota Ozawa (Captain Marvelous/GokaiRed), Junya Ikeda (Gai Ikari/GokaiSilver) and he are part of. Joe admits that he is the only Gokaiger guy not part of the movie.
• The cast talked about the Go-Busters vs. Gokaiger movie. There is a part at the end that Joe, Ryuji and Jin ad-libbed. Jin complains that no one recognized him in the trailer because he is wearing a mask and everyone wants to see Yoko in a traditional Japanese outfit.
• The cast talk ends with them leaving the stage and Joe telling the fans to "think of the Gokaigers sometimes!"

Super Sentai Live Performance

• Hiromu, Yoko and Ryuji sing their character songs with their respective Buddyroids. In addition, Yoko had to push Usada around during her part!
• Jin and J sing their character song.
• Hideaki Takatori performed "Boost Up! Beet Buster".
• Hideyuki Takahashi sings the two Go-Busters opening themes.
• Akira Kushida appears and performed the Space Sheriff Gavan theme.
• Tsuyoshi Matsubara performed the Gokaiger opening theme.
• All the artists and cast, including Joe and Doc returned to the stage to perform the Go-Busters ending theme.

Kamen Rider Cast Talk

• The MC have to prompt the Kamen Rider Wizard cast a lot more compared to the Go-Busters cast.
• The cast entered the stage and say their respective catchphrases. The cast that appeared on stage are: Haruto, Koyomi, Rinko, Kyosuke (Kamen Rider Beast), Shunpei, Medusa and Phoenix.
• The cast talked a bit about filming Movie Wars Ultimatum. Rinko and Shunpei revealed that they had some fight scenes in the movie.
• Koyomi talks about her close-up shot holding Eiji's underwear.
• Kyosuke is sad because he wasn't in the movie.
• The cast talk a bit about who they'd like to act if they had the chance. Shunpei wants to be Phoenix, Rinko wants to be Koyomi and Kyosuke also wants to be Koyomi.
• Koyomi wants to be everyone less Shunpei... she then said that she actually wants to be Rinko to get more action scenes.
• Medusa wants to be Shunpei. Phoenix wants to be one of the Phantoms that appeared in the show and Haruto wants to be Medusa.
• Haruto and Kyosuke performs their transformation poses. The staff plays the BGM but Haruto wants to do the BGM! Here's how it sounded, "Driver on. SHAKIIIIN! ShabadoobietouchSHUNPEI~ ShabadoobietouchSHUNPEI~" Shunpei then says,"CHINCHINPUIPUI!"
• The entire cast did the Kamen Rider Wizard transformation pose and no one got is right except for Haruto.

Kamen Rider Live Performances

• Demon Kakka performed "Forest of Rocks".
• Astronauts performed "Giant Step" and "Cosmic Mind".
• Kamen Rider GIRLS performed "Just the beginning" and "Saite".
• RIDER CHIPS performed "blessed wind", "BEASTBITE" and "ELEMENTS".
• Anna Tsuchiya performed "Voyagers" and "Switch On!". Fourze then appears... in suit.
• The cast and artists returned on stage to perform "Life is SHOW TiME". Shou Kiryuuin didn't appear to perform the theme.

The event ends with everybody came back on stage to perform "Jounetsu ~We are Brothers~".
