Because the staff of Hikari-Senshi doesn't want to delay the English sub releases of Ninja Sentai Kakuranger any longer, they teamed up with the staff of Grown Ups in Spandex to release the series!
This new batch of Kakuranger subs came from the same team who did Kyoryuu Sentai Zyuranger for GUIS less MegaAnon. Along with their first batch release are episode notes courtesy of Lynxara the project's QCer. You can check these notes here or here.
