In this episode, Naoki (Blue Racer) is bro zoned by Natsumi (Yellow Racer) because he is cute and all and some that is little brother material. Meanwhile, Bowzock's favorite female bike gang leader LL O'Naynay wants more members for the gang and starts making new members by making them wear biker gang headbands!
The episode begins with a scene that looks like a love confession scene in your standard Japanese TV show only to end up becoming a scene were Natsumi decided to put Naoki into the bro zone! To be honest, I didn't expect that that scene will end becoming like that because Natsumi sounded serious with her compliments that it feels like she will end up confessing her true feelings of love for Naoki at the end! As for Naoki, he hated the idea of being Natsumi's little brother because of one simple reason: he might end up bruised and battered because of Natsumi's rough and tomboyish attitude.
LL O'Naynay decides to create new members of the intergalactic biker gang by tripping them and place a special headband on their heads, giving them a free bike (!) and jacket (!) and intense strength that came make them pedal (!) without getting tired of it! I am not sure how can they achieve world domination with it but it works as one by one, kids, adults and moms are now Bowzock members and Naoki is one of them! Because LL O'Naynay is a serious offender of traffic regulations, the Carrangers must stop her and much to my surprise, they can't do it! Seriously, she is so good in running away with her bike that she outrun and outwits four Carrangers that are chasing her!
After this, Natsumi decides to save Naoki from the Bowzock by doing one skill that your average mechanic can't do, to dismantle a running bike with two wrenches. It is so awesome that we even saw some tire tracks on her face just by doing that stunt! They were able to remove Naoki's headband but it also gave Natsumi an idea on how they can defeat LL O'Naynay.
This is when Naoki underwent harsh training with a little help from the Bowzock headband and with it, his leg power increased and he can pedal faster as an average human being! What made it more impressive is that he is faster than Red Racer who is chasing LL O'Naynay in his racecar! That's how impressive Naoki's training is with the headband! At the end, he defeated LL O'Naynay in their intense bike chase and with that; it is time for the Carrangers to defeat her.
The fights in this episode is seriously impressive, aside from the new moves we saw from Green Racer and most especially, Blue Racer whose Hairpin Kick is stronger compared to the original thanks to the headband bike training, the giant fight in the episode is fun to watch. I just love seeing robots doing an amazing backflip! The episode ends with Natsumi still wanting to have Naoki as her brother thanks to what happened to the bike training earlier that she thought of. As for Naoki, he still doesn't want to have Natsumi as his older sister.
