Even though Vrak's final form did not appear in the final episode of Power Rangers Megaforce, he will still make his appearance in Super Megaforce!
Fury Diamond of RangerCrew reports that aside from his return in Super Megaforce, he will also appear in his final form. It is also confirmed that he will not use Basco's monster form from Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger but it is expected, due to the Super Sentai footage that this suit will appear in some form.
