Rare 2-Hour Gosei Sentai Dairanger Behind the Scenes Footage

A rare behind the scenes footage of the 1993 Super Sentai Series, Gosei Sentai Dairanger is slowly becoming viral online. This footage features the mecha sequences used in the show.

This nearly 2-hour video was uploaded by Mighty Morphin Power Rangers director/suit coordinator Jeff Pruitt on YouTube for Super Sentai and Power Rangers fans who made the show a success. Dairanger was adapted in the U.S. as Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 2.

He revealed that the reason why he got a hold of this footage is that he is recording the behind the scenes of Dairanger so that the American producers can replicate "the economical shooting methods used by the Japanese film makers back then for the fight scenes while still using standard Hollywood coverage for the acting scenes."
