Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call Tokyo Game Show Trailer

Here's the trailer for the Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call, which was seen in this year's Tokyo Game Show. The game will be available for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan next spring.


The new game will feature more than 200 songs, over 60 characters and a two-player Versus Battle Mode. In addition, the demo for the game, which was played in this year's Tokyo Game show has the following songs: "Battle at the Big Bridge" from Final Fantasy V, "The Decisive Battle" from Final Fantasy VI, "Zanarkand" from Final Fantasy X, and more.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call Nintendo 3DS Game Announced

The 42nd issue of this year's Weekly Shonen Jump announced the Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call for the Nintendo 3DS!

The sequel to the original Theatrhythm Final Fantasy rhythm game, the game will have over 200 songs, including songs coming from Final Fantasy XIV and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. In addition to new songs, the game will feature 60 characters from the Final Fantasy franchise.

Lastly, the game has a new versus battle mode, allowing players to challenge their friends to rhythm game battles. The game is set to be released in spring 2014, and also has plans for an English language release.

Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call Trademark Registered

Square Enix recently registered a trademark for a new Theatrhythm Final Fantasy game. Called "Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call", the trademark was registered in the U.S. last August 27.

The trademark is listed for use with "computer game software", "video game software" and the like. The original Theatrhythm game was released for the 3DS and iOS last year.
