Animax announced that the Animax Carnival 2013 Philippines event is now cancelled. The said event is scheduled to be held in Manila on December 8, 2013.
The reason for the cancellation is that Sony Pictures Television Networks, Asia, the company that owns and operates Animax made the decision out of respect for the devastating losses from Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan).
The planned event is suppose to feature JPop artist May'n as a guest star in the event.
