The first teaser trailer for the upcoming 2014 Godzilla remake has finally surfaced online! The video is said came from Akira Watanabe, a special effects artists who worked for Toho films.
The trailer basically showed us destruction created by Godzilla. While we are seeing this destruction, we hear a narration coming from J. Robert Oppenheimer's reaction about the Trinity test, the first ever nuclear explosion. After the narration ends, we got a shot of Godzilla and hear his iconic roar.
The Godzilla reboot is directed by Gareth Edwards and stars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, Elizabeth Olsen, Juliette Binoche, David Strathairn, Bryan Cranston and Sally Hawkins. The movie is set to be released this May 16, 2014.
