Man Arrested for Uploading ONe Piece Manga Online
Another man was arrested by Hyogo Prefecture Police on the suspicion of uploading pirate manga One Piece Volume 49: “Nightmare Luffy” through the Cabos file-sharing software.

The 44-year old part-time worker reportedly admitted on sharing the manga online with his personal computer at home. He was then arrested on suspicion of violating Japan's Copyright Law.

According to reports, the suspect released about 200 pages, or most of the 49th volume of the One Piece manga on April 19th. The Hyōgo police's Cyber Crime Task Force discovered the alleged actions through its online surveillance.
