Mighty No. 9 DLC Costume in Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z Revealed


Mighty No. 9's Beck will be part of Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z's special DLC zombie pack thanks to one of game's developers!

As stated above, the reason for the Mighty No. 9 costume is because of the developers. Comcept, who is developing this game with Team Ninja is developing Mighty No. 9 after it exceeded their Kickstarter goals.

As for Ninja Gaiden Z, this game will be released on February 28 (Europe) and March 4 (North America) for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Kamen Rider Batton-Line to Feature More Riders, Special Scenarios


Aside from the main Kamen Riders, it is revealed that secondary characters will also be part in the Kamen Rider Batton-Line online game for the PC.

As seen in the image above, a scenario featuring Kamen Rider Accel and Weather Dopant will also be included in the game. As for the new Kamen Rider allies, you can acquire them if you level up in the game.

For example, after you defeat a boss at level 10, you'll get Kamen Rider Beast and at level 20, you'll get Kamen Rider Agito Ground Form and Kamen Rider Faiz. Interested? You can start playing by having a Yahoo! Japan account.

Typing of the Dead: Overkill Now Available for the PC


Typing of the Dead is back as it goes Overkill! Based on the popular House of the Dead game, Typing of the Dead: Overkill allows you to kill zombies while at the same time, improve your typing skills!

The game has a total of 9 stages and you can save you and your friends from a horde of zombies with your typing skills. Currently, the game is now available on the SEGA Digital Store and Steam at half the price until November 1st, so download now!

Kamen Rider Batton-Line Online PC Game Announced


Bandai Namco Games and Yahoo! Games announced the first Kamen Rider online PC game! This new game is Kamen Rider Batton-Line, which features Riders in a turn-based game.


In the game, players can form a team of Kamen Riders in a form of "figures", to play various missions, as well as battling out other players of the game. To play the game, one must have a Yahoo! Japan account.

Currently, the game is open beta testing, which will end on November 5th. Beta players will receive a Kamen Rider OOO Tatoba Combo figure (★★Cost5).

Final Fantasy VIII PC Rerelease Announced


Famitsu reported that Final Fantasy VIII is coming to the PC for the second time! The game was originally released in 1999.


The new PC version features high resolution graphics. As of this writing, there is still no info about the release date or if it will have any special features like the recent PC port of Final Fantasy VII. But for now,


The game follows the story of a group of mercenaries, who are part of an organization named "SeeD". Their main goal in the game is to stop a sorceress from the future (named Ultimecia) from compressing time.

Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter Campaign Ends With $4,000,000!


The Kickstarter campaign for Mighty No.9 is finally over! The campaign exceeded beyond its $900,000 goal as it reached $4,000,000!

Because of this, they cleared all of their stretch goals and now, the game will also be soon available for the PS4, Xbox One, PS Vita and the Nintendo 3DS! The game was previously announced to be available for the PC, Mac, Linux, Wii U, PS3 and Xbox 360.

Aside from these console goals, they also cleared the following stretch goals: Single Player Call Stage & Boss, Optional Retro-Style Chiptune Soundtrack + FX and an Online Battle Race Mode!

Mighty No. 9 is set to be released this Spring 2015.

Mighty No. 9 Unreal Engine Test, 5 More Stretch Goals Reached


With only less than 24 hours left, the developers of Mighty No. 9 posted a "super-short, super-rough engine test" to see if Unreal engine will work for the game.


Aside from this rough sample, after they unlocked their goal to bring this game to the Wii U, Xbox 360 and PS3, they also reached 5 more stretch goals! These goals are: Challenge Mode, Extra End Stage & Boss, Beck and Call Online Co-Op and Challenge Mode, Intro Stage and Boss and Support Character.

With only less than 24 hours left, the Kickstarter campaign has reached $3,167,657 and counting! The next two stretch goals are the PS4 & Xbox One versions ($3,300,000) and the PSVita and Nintendo 3DS versions ($3,500,000).

Mighty No. 9 is set to be released this Spring 2015.

Mighty No. 9, Soon Available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U

After revealing more stretch goals, the Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter campaign has reached $2,224,848! In short, the game will be soon available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U consoles!

The campaign reached this mark with 14 days left for the Kickstarter campaign. Aside for the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U, the Mighty No. 9 is also being developed for the PC, Mac and Linux. For the developers to reach their other stretch goals, please support the game's Kickstarter campaign. The game is slated for a Spring 2015 release.

More Mighty No. 9 Stretch Goals Announced


After hours of discussion and meetings, the developers of Mighty No. 9 decided to add more stretch goals in their Kickstarter campaign! As of this writing, there are 22 days left before the campaign ends.

The additional stretch goals are:

$2.0 Million: Boss Rush Mode where players can challenge all Mighty No. bosses, back-to-back, with a clock ticking to keep track of your best time, so you can share, compare, and show off your skills to your friends.

$2.4 Million: Challenge Mode, which in this mode, the game will remix parts of existing levels and enemies to create dozens of mini-missions you can use to test your skills in a variety of enjoyably frustrating ways.

$2.55 Million: Extra End Stage & Boss, an extra stage where players fight a new stage where players will fight a new boss after the player defeated the other eight Mighty No. bosses.

$2.75 Million: Beck & Call Online Co-Op Challenge Mode, players can now play Beck's partner, Call in this special online co-op challenge mode.

They also added stretch goals for $2.9 Million and $3.1 Million, which they will reveal soon in a later date. Lastly, is their new final stretch goal! Once the project reaches $3.3 Million, there will release the game on the PS4 and Xbox One!

Mighty No. 9 is currently being developed for the PC, Mac and Linux. For the developers to create console versions of the game, please support the game's Kickstarter campaign. The game is slated for a Spring 2015 release.

Mighty No. 9 Kickstarter Campaign Reaches Three Stretch Goals


And here are some more update about Mighty No. 9's Kickstarter campaign. Aside from reaching its goal, they were able to reach three stretch goals in just 4 days!

The first goal that they reached is the addition of two more stages, which will feature Mighty Nos. 7 and 8. The second goal that they reached is the Mac and Linux versions of the game. The third goal that they reached is the addition of a New Game Plus mode and a Turbo Mode.


The New Game Plus mode allows players who finished the game to play the game again in case they miss some powers or items and to play a more challenging "second quest" of the game. The Turbo Mode is basically, you'll play the game in a faster speed.

As of this writing, only three stretch goals left, namely a making-of documentary, console versions of the game and a secret goal once they went beyond $2,200,000.

Mighty No. 9 is currently being developed for the PC, Mac and Linux. For the developers to create console versions of the game, please support the game's Kickstarter campaign. The game is slated for a Spring 2015 release.

Mighty No. 9 Reaches Kickstarter Campaign Goal!


It's just two since the Kickstarter campaign for the Mighty No. 9 was launched but it already exceeded its Kickstarter goal of $900,000 assuring us that the game will have a PC release!

For those of you who are living under the rock, Mighty No. 9 is created by the same team responsible for the Mega Man franchise. Leading the team is Mega Man creator Kenji Inafune.


In this game, you are Beck who gains different powers and the ability to after defeating bosses. Currently, the game has six main stages, but once it reached $1,200,000, the team will add two more stages.

Currently being developed for the PC, there are plans for the game to be released in other systems and consoles, that is if the Kickstarter campaign will reach its stretch goals. The game is slated for a Spring 2015 release.

The Mighty No. 9, Mega Man's Spiritual Successor


Mega Man creator Kenji Inafune revealed in this year's PAX that he, Inti Creates (Mega Man 9, Mega Man Zero series), Comcept and 8-4 are working on a new game called The Mighty No. 9, a spiritual successor to Mega Man.

In this game, you are Beck who gains different powers and the ability to after defeating bosses. He also has a sister named Call. This 2.5 game will also have former Mega Man staff members, namely Manami Matsumae for the music, Naoya Tomita for the level design and Shisuke Komaki (Mega Man Battle Network, Mega Man Legends 3) for the art.


Currently being developed for the PC, there are plans for the game to be released in consoles, that is if the Kickstarter campaign will reach its stretch goals. The game is slated for a Spring 2015 release.

UPDATE: The Kickstarter campaign already started! The campaign will end on October and it's plan is to reach at least $900,000. As for the console version, their goal is to reach $2,500,000 for them to release the game in the consoles.

Chroma Squad Kickstarter Campaign is Now Over


The indie game Chroma Squad's Kickstarter campaign is finally over! After 30 days, the game exceeded its goal of $50,000 and earned a total of $97,148 with 3,964 backers!

For those who are living under the rock, Chroma Squad is a tactical turn-based manager game about a group of stuntmen who decided to make their own Sentai show with you, the player being the manager of this Sentai studio!


The game is produced by indie developer Behold Studios, the group responsible for Knights of Pen & Paper. Even if this is a Sentai-inspired game, the campaign reached its goal of having a Solo Rider Extra Episodes in the game's campaign mode.

Chroma Squad will be released later this year for the PC/Mac/Linux and other platforms in 2014.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst U.S. Release Date Announced

Namco Bandai Games America Inc. announced that the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst will be available for retail and digital release in the U.S. on October 22 and for PC via Steam this fall.

In addition, this will be the first Naruto game for the PC and features the most extensive character lineup of any other Naruto game. Retail copies of the game will include 38 different costume options for each character from the Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 DLC and pre-order packs.


But for fans who already owned a copy of Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, they can upgrade their game with the Full Burst content. The upgrade price will be available at a later date.

Lastly, for fans who pre-ordered a copy of the game for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 via participating U.S. and Canadian GameStop locations will receive an exclusive artbook from Studio Pierrot.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 BURST Announced


Namco Bandai Games announced that an updated version of the Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 game called "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 BURST" will be released this Winter 2013 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC via Steam.


The updated version will feature updated game cinematics, a new chapter featuring Kabuto vs. Itachi and Sasuke, 100 new missions, 38 new costumes and of course, Kabuto Yakushi in his Sage Mode will be playable in the game.
