Nogizaka46 to Perform New Naruto Shippuden Opening Theme

AKB48's official rival group, Nogizaka46 will perform the new opening theme of Naruto Shippuden. The new opening will be first used in the show's October 3rd episode.

In addition, the group's six members, namely Rina Ikoma, Reika Sakurai, Nanami Hashimoto, Nanase Nishino, Sayuri Matsumura and Yumi Wakatsuki as the new unit called "Naruzaka46" an official supporter team for the anime. They will start appearing in the 15-second section of the anime starting this September 5th and will also take charge of Naruto's information page in Weekly Shonen Jump.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama! Vol. 16 Manga Cover Live-Action Poster Recreation

To commemorate the release of the 16th manga volume of Kaichou wa Maid-sama! (Maid Sama!), bookstores throughout Japan hanged a poster that recreates the cover of the volume in live-action.

The cover features Minami Hoshino of Nogizaka46* as Misaki Ayuzawa and cosplayer Hiromu Mineta, who won a contest voted by the readers to get a chance to play the male lead Takumi Usui.
