In the 40th episode of Power Rangers Samurai called "Fight Fire With Fire", the Samurai Rangers finally meet the true head of the Shiba clan, Lauren Shiba who is Jayden's older sister!
The episode is based on Samurai Sentai Shinkenger's 44th episode entitled, "The Eighteenth Head of the Shiba House" and to those who watched the original Shinkenger episode, here are some clips coming from the said Power Rangers Samurai episode.
Unlike the Samurai Rangers who are using Samuraizers, Lauren is using a different morpher called the Shodophone when transforming. In this scene, she fights the Nighlok Fiera in her Lion Foldingzord.
In this scene, Female Red Ranger finally reveals her true identity as Lauren Shiba, Jayden's older sister and the true head of the Shiba clan.
In this scene, we finally know Lauren's past and why she was sent to hiding by Mentor Jii.
In this scene, Lauren takes care of her injured younger brother Jayden as he prepares to retire as the Red Ranger.
In this scene, the team starts to get to know Lauren better. Later, we have a scene where Jayden leaves the team and entrusts them to his older sister.
Next week on Power Rangers Samurai is the 41st episode called "The Great Duel", in which the Rangers attempt to adjust to being led by Jayden's sister Lauren the new Red Ranger, Jayden struggles to find new meaning in his life during his duel with Deker.
